Many of us assumed that we were going to be taken to our next flights as we had been told they would be waiting for us. While on the plane, when those of us with short layovers mentioned that we may be late, we were told 'you'll be fine - they hold the planes for a bit.' When we deboarded the plane from New York, we ere wrangled into groups depending on our destinations. These things happen, I understand, but most upsetting was the fact that Qatar Airways provided very little information to those of us missing our flights.
Cons: 'Unfortunately, the plane was late, prompting me to miss my connecting flight.
